Shipping Locations: We ship our products to any location where CBD is legal. Please ensure that CBD products are legal in your area before placing an order.

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS ensuring reliable and timely delivery of your products.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.

Shipping Costs: Flat rate 9.99 per order.  All orders over $50 ship FREE!

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zentric. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

30-Day Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange.

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be at least 75% unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received safely.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as those marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@zentric.xyz to request a return authorization and the following information:

Name

Email used for order

Order number

2. Once you have received a RMA number, pack the product securely in its original packaging. Including the RMA number, all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
