1. Agreement to Rules:

By participating in the Zentric Monthly Drawing (the "Sweepstakes"), you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Zentric ("the Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility:

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period:

Entries will be accepted online for a new Sweepstakes each calendar month. Each monthly Sweepstakes begins on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter:

To enter, you must submit an entry using the online form provided on the Zentric website (www.zentric.xyz). The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter only once per person, per email address, per monthly Sweepstakes Period. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

5. Prizes:

One (1) winner will be selected each month (the "Winner"). The Winner will receive a prize consisting of one or more Zentric products, with the specific prize to be announced at the start of each Sweepstakes Period. The approximate retail value of the prize may vary each month. The prize is nontransferable. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about the 5th day of the following month. The Winner will be notified by email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following their selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

7. Rights Granted by You:

By entering this content, you understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

8. General Conditions:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

9. Disputes and Governing Law:

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Zentric website.
